Why Free

Why is this free forever?

We don’t offer this for free to acquire users.

We offer it to build a long-term relationship with you.

— DELIGHT

Simple features that matter

Project-based tasks

Manage work clearly by project and keep execution visible.

Owner-based tasks

See work by assignee and reduce missed follow-ups.

Light CRM + RICE scoring

Track customer context next to tasks and prioritize with RICE.

Eisenhower matrix + bilingual support

Simplify decision-making with urgency/importance views and use it in English or Japanese.

Gamified UI to reduce churn

Automatically reviews user levels weekly, showing minimal UI for beginners and celebrating level-ups to keep engagement high.

What is the RICE score?

RICE is a simple framework to score and rank tasks or initiatives so you can focus on the highest-ROI work first. It combines four factors into a single number.

R

Reach

How many people or customers will be affected within a given period.

I

Impact

How much a task contributes to revenue growth.

C

Confidence

Your confidence in the estimates, expressed as a percentage.

E

Effort

Total person-months or hours required. Lower effort lifts the score.

RICE score = (Reach × Impact × Confidence) ÷ Effort

Higher scores mean more impact for less effort — so your team always knows what to tackle next.

Best for

Small teams
Strategy teams

Service business HQ teams

Manage execution by project and by owner.
